1. Nature of AyuKripa Services

AyuKripa provides wellness education and lifestyle guidance grounded in Ayurvedic principles, including education related to food, digestion, daily routines, sleep, movement, stress management, seasonal living, and other wellness practices.

AyuKripa does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, medical nutrition therapy, or emergency medical services.

4. Payments

Prices are displayed at the time of booking or registration.

Payment is due according to the terms shown at checkout.

By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the amount shown.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are charged in U.S. dollars.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

The cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policy applicable to your purchase will be displayed at booking or checkout.

If AyuKripa must cancel or materially reschedule a paid event or session, we will provide an appropriate rescheduling, credit, or refund option.

7. Group Programs and Community Participation

Some AyuKripa offerings include group sessions, online communities, or participant discussions.

Participants are expected to treat one another respectfully and to protect the privacy of other participants.

You agree not to record, screenshot, distribute, publish, or share another participant’s personal information, comments, image, or story without their permission.

AyuKripa may remove a participant whose conduct is disruptive, abusive, unsafe, or seriously interferes with the experience of others.

While AyuKripa asks participants to respect confidentiality, we cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality.

Please use discretion when sharing personal information in group settings.

8. Educational Materials and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, materials provided through AyuKripa — including written plans, handouts, recipes, presentations, recordings, worksheets, videos, program materials, website content, graphics, and educational resources — are owned by or licensed to AyuKripa.
