MEET SUNITA • FOUNDER OF AYUKRIPA
I did not come to Ayurveda as a trend. I came back to it because I needed it.
A personal journey from growing up with Ayurvedic wisdom in India to rediscovering its power in the middle of modern life.

HER STORY
A Return to What I Already Knew
I grew up in India with Ayurvedic ideas woven into daily life. Like many people, I moved away from those rhythms while building a busy life and career in America.
When my own health began to feel increasingly out of balance, I returned to Ayurveda — this time with deeper study, discipline and daily practice.
The transformation did not come from one dramatic fix. It came from understanding what my body needed and changing what I did every day.
Talk With SunitaAYURVEDA IN MODERN LIFE
Making Ancient Wisdom Practical for Modern Life
I also know how easy it is to believe in holistic health, admire the wisdom of Ayurveda — and still feel unsure how to live it in the middle of a busy modern life. That experience led me to earn a Master's in Ayurvedic Nutrition and Digestion from Joyful Belly School in North Carolina, USA, and to create AyuKripa.
"Ayurveda is not about following a complicated rulebook. It's about understanding your body and learning what works for you."
THE PATH OF INTEGRATION
Heritage values and innate understanding formed in childhood India.
Academics & clinical certification in Western nutrition & gut biology.
Integration of Ayurvedic patterns within a high-paced modern environment.
A structural framework born to help modern urban seekers thrive gracefully.

GUIDING PRINCIPLES
What I Believe About Health
01
Listen to Your Body
Your body is always giving you information. Learning to notice those signals and interpret symptoms correctly changes the choices you make every day.
02
Health Is Personal
Health advice is only useful when it fits the person receiving it. One-size-fits-all diets fail because they ignore your unique metabolic profile.
03
Small Choices Matter
The small choices repeated every day matter more than occasional bursts of intense discipline. Real transformation compiles slowly and sustainably.
04
Knowledge Needs Practice
Knowledge becomes powerful when you live it. Having structured, realistic templates and personalized guidance makes that daily execution easier.
My Approach
A Different Approach to Better Health
01
Understand
Understand your body, patterns, habits and needs.
02
Simplify
Focus on the changes that matter most instead of trying to change everything.
03
Practice
Build those changes into everyday life with guidance and accountability.
No perfection. No overwhelming rules. Just practical steps that fit real life.
